Why, is their a limit on how much you can ingest per day? There's creatine in any meat, poultry & fish you eat also. There's some in my pre-workout drink also, so between that, 2 scoops of the body fortress, and the 2 pounds of ground beef I ate so far today.. im at like 20-25g.
I don't think it really matters in the grand scheme of things. Some days you get more than others.
