I'm at a comfortable weight but I'm scared to gain it back. I don't want to lose anymore either.
Should I add more carbs to my intake? I usually keep it around 50-75 a day. I added a bun to my dinner tonight (20g carbs). Which is really about all the carbs I've had today. I try to workout four days a week. Should I skip hardcore running and focus only on weights for muscle building? I run two of those days and do a lot of jump roping on another one of those days.
Edit: I wouldn't mind adding 5-10 lbs of muscle.

I lose weight more quickly when I'm lifting hard and heavy.
Don't be afraid to eat if you want to start bulking, however. I lift in the campus gym during the school year and I've been watching the same 4 dudes or so spin their wheels for the past 2 years wondering why they aren't gaining weight at 2k cals a day. If you're too afraid of putting on fat you won't gain any muscle.
Get on a real program and shoot to gain 2.5 lbs a month if you want to minimize fat gains. Find a macro calculator and hit them as consistently as you can.
