You could be 170. Easy.
Just eat
these foods, and count the calories. Very easy to count the calories in these foods.
No sugar (fresh fruit doesn't count), no alcohol, or you will look fat in your wedding pics.
Also if you absolutely have to have a sweet thing once inawhile, sugar free chocolate pudding is the bizzzooommbbbb.
