To get more business, he went in with Duffy.
To get in with Duffy, he has to find Drew Thompson, which means he had to get in with the rich dudes from a couple episodes ago.
To get out of that dead end, he had to get in with Theo Tonin.
Something's going to have to give. Either Shelby is successfully murdered and Boyd becomes the guy in Kentucky crime, or Boyd will have to have a showdown with Theo Tonin.
The crazy thing is, one of those moves will make him mortal enemies with Raylan.
The other will make them allies.
Both would be AWESOME, but the first option makes for an extremely intense Season 5 where it's Raylan vs. Boyd.
