It's basically a miniframe1911 .380.
I compared it to the LCP, a Taurus acp, s&w bodyguard, a keltec and a walther.
The Sig was more but the reviews were good, the gun shop guys spoke highly of them, and when the rubber met the road, it fit a lot better in my hand. It's more of a 31/2 finger grip instead of 2 for me on the others.
I'm going to put some grips on it for comfort, but overall I'm very happy so far.
