Go into your browser, type in 192.168.1.1. Then a prompt should show up that asks for a username and password. The username is "user" and password is "user" by default for ubee routers. (if its not, try admin/admin).

That should get you into the router. Then you'll navigate to the wireless section, and reset it there.
