That is the same with me and what led me to bring up the thing with Lysa earlier.
I had no idea Illyrio was speaking with Varys at any point. That is very fascinating! There is so much manipulation going on behind the scenes that I didn't even catch before. So Varys was spying on Dany with Jorah, but for whose benefit? To help protect her and not to keep the Lannisters notified of what she is doing the way we might suspect?
