I actually believe this, and I think a majority of the fans know this too. Just look at the Polls (who is to blame etc....) Most everyone points the finger at the GM and Coaches.
I honestly thought we had the TALENT to at least compete for the division this year, on all sides of the ball.
The fact that it was THIS bad has to point to coaching / management, because I do think we have enough talent on the team to be WAY ****ing better than where we are.
