Well, it certainly isn't degrading if it's a woman sharing this extreme intimacy and kink with someone that she has not or does not share with many others. There is a great deal of vulnerability and trust between both partners in that the experience will not taint or tarnish but enrich the bond between you. Certainly a woman who has this view of the act isn't going to feel degraded by it...she feels empowered by the trust she has in herself and her partner.
