Very few areas of life don't require results as a condition of payment. Weis hasn't improved the product at all if the computers are to be believed. He's been every bit as dreadful as Gill going by the data.
At this point our best option is him quitting at the end of the year realizing he cant get it done. and getting lucky with another Mason or Mangino. But these 5-yr $10m guaranteed contracts must die immediately. MAC guys or assistants demanding big money should be passed up.
