It will handle anything you put in it, and can get your feet wet with drippers and rebuildables, if you so wish to venture that way. It is also a passthrough, so you never need to remove the battery to charge it. You can also charge it while using it, so you don't need a backup battery. Just make sure you put the battery in correctly. The mod doesn't have reverse battery protection, so reverse polarity will fry the chip, bricking your mod.

This tank is great for starters. I have had mine for well over 2 years, no issues. Easy to change the coil and cheap as well. The tank is Pyrex, so there will be no melting or warping of the tank with any flavor you put in it.

Meh. He wants "open the box and go." I'd suggest an MVP. The new MVP Pro 3.0 is much simpler but more powerful and costs five bucks less:
