BBQ Chicken, I thought you could just drop a cut up chicken in there and pour a bottle of BBQ sauce on it but the chicken was dry... Probably cooked it too long..
You really should get a pressure cooker, they are not expensive, you can take cheap meats and make them tender... Beef tips, fork tender in 15-20 mins fork tender pot roast in less than an hour, poor mans lobster in 5 mins... raw green beans 5 mins... Pinto beans 45 mins or any other bean... Cooks faster to hold the vitamins in food in better.
