Well, the affair is over-the-top but the scene with Don as a voyeur? I mean, come on! Plus, his pregnant aunt is a hooker, too?

So basically, Don is a "Don Juan" with the ladies because he essentially grew up in a whorehouse and learned about sex from sex workers. He views every woman and every sexual encounter as if they are paying customer? Is that the reason why he's so successful in advertising, because he "understands" customer needs due to growing up in that environment?
