Actually, it's worse than immature-silliness or politics. Those things one comes to accept as a part of any working enviroment. You want to know what it really centers around? Oysters. That's right, goddamned fucking oysters on the half shell. And yes, I am a bartender, so how do those two things fit together? In all honesty, I still haven't figured it out. Let me know if you can see a connection that I am missing.
