If the car doesn't meet the reserve....then it's not sold....therefore Barrett Jackson doesn't get paid.
So when a car is reserved, they'll go all out to make sure it sells....if a car isn't reserved, they put in very little effort to promote the car because they'll get their cut regardless.
Pretty shitty imo...but w/e.
