I tried Woodyard for the first time a few weeks ago, and I have to say that was extremely impressed. I had the rib basket with beans and tater salad. The sides were ok, the beans had a touch too much molasses for my liking but not terrible. The ribs though were outstanding. Tender the way they should be and great flavor.
This place has the potential to become my second favorite behind Jack's Stack. And I intend to give them the opportunity to claim the spot.
