A prominent company is offering a reward to the infamous “mad pooper” if she turns herself in.
Charmin toilet paper tweeted on Wednesday, “If the #MadPooper turns herself in, we'll give her a year's supply of TP to help with her ‘runs’ #EnjoyTheGo.”
It all began when a woman in Colorado posted a picture of a jogger that she is accusing of defecating in her yard every time she runs.
She said it wouldn't be that big of a deal, if it was just that one time.
She said other people have come forward to report they have seen the same woman relieve herself outside a local Walgreens and in other yards.

From what I understand, and correct me if I'm way off, but people that urinate in public can be charged as sex offenders in some areas. If true, I doubt she wants to turn herself in for toilet paper.
