You have yourself a deal here... if Smith is not in the top 11 in ESPNs QBR (not qb rating) for quarterbacks who play at least 10 games in 2017 I'll ban myself for the offseason. If he's top 11, you can have 1 post a week (140 character limit) during the entire offseason. Bet only counts if he plays 10 or more regular season games.
