Why did Rick's wife already die and why is the infant still alive, and when do you think they will kill off the infant or do you think they will leave it in? Why did they not just say the Gov raped michonne and Maggie? Taking her shirt off to reveal her bra was a terrible attempt at implying any sort of rape or sexual assault. They could have just shown him removing his belt and pants as he shut the door behind him...
