Outstanding job by John Dorsey to get Gaines where he did last year. What a steal. These kids are almost the same type of player, but Gaines is quicker in short areas. Only real pro that Waynes has that Gaines doesn't is strength, but Gaines can easily get there with one offseason in the gym.
