I saw Bell play and its a good pic for sure but in this pass happy league you need lockdown corner. I would go with Emmitt Thomas fast physical and certainly lockdown. He was timed 4.2 in the 40 of course that was Hank with his stopwatch.

My second choice Albert Lewis not as physical but just as fast teams just didnt challenge him.
