Fisher: It is his first full off-season to be able to train, condition and prep for his intended draft position. This is a make it or flush it year for him.
Stephenson: After his suspension and being in the dog house it is time for him to step up and show that he is the starting RT he was thought to be from the beginning.
Allen: He needs to make himself a home at RG or get him a van down by the river.
Kush: He needs to show that letting Hudson walk was the right decision and that he can handle the starting C position.
Wilson: Needs to step up and show that he can be the #2 WR and down field threat that this offense needs, even though Smith won't throw him the ball.
Smith: It is time for him to earn his pay. He is surrounded by a good OL, good weapons in Maclin, Kelce, Charles. It is time for him to push the ball down the field more often with improved accuracy.
