I think what you have there now is fitting.
I don't start the season thinking we'll win the division, but it's a critical year for DM. Last year was a free pass with all the kids coming up. This year we need to start seeing some results. If Hosmer or Moose regress (which it's likely at least one of them will), I think they could be in serious trouble. He really needs to pull something off for another starting pitcher before the season starts.
