Diggs will most likely be a first rounder.
He put up approx. 850 yards as a freshman and was on pace for 1000 as a sophomore before he broke his leg this past season. (Says the leg is 110% and he's in better condition than at the same point last season.)
He's blazing fast and can actually play football, as opposed to former Terrapin Heyward-Bey, who was a track guy who played football.
He basically fits the profile of a Dorsey pick.
And while we all know that the team is dire for both CB's and WR's, I don't think team need plays into Dorsey's picks whatsoever, as evidenced by the 2014 draft where the Chiefs didn't take a single receiver in a draft class that was absolutely loaded with them despite the screaming obvious need for upgrading the position.
