Honestly Mayock mentioned it many times, for years, when he use to cover the NFL Scouting Combine. HOWEVER, he said Greg Robinson had "power generator" and he turned out to be an all time bust. (I was a STL Ram fan at the time.) So it's like anything else.
-Weak character can neutralize raw ability/talent
-Lack of talent can neutralize strong character/leadership
Mahomes is the poster child for having it all. He's the gold standard for his position with no other comparison.
