You want a QB grading scale?

Since 2004, with the change/enforcement of the pass interference rules, you better take a ****ing QB until you get a franchise level player at the position.

Every two/three years.

You don't take safeties in the top five. You don't take five tech defensive ends in the top five.

You take quarterbacks until you get it right. Then you take your left tackle and pass rusher until you get those two positions right. You can then, perhaps, use one on a receiver or a cornerback. But, after getting a franchise QB, a top quality left tackle and a dominating pass rusher, you shouldn't be drafting in the top five/ten until said QB retires. But then you shouldn't be drafting in the top five/ten because you've already groomed a guy to replace the guy, a la Green Bay with Favre and Rogers.

It's amazing how some teams get it and some teams just continue to flounder away in sub-mediocrity for their entire existence.

This used to be a good team and a great franchise.

****ing fire Pioli NOW!
