In Windows 7, click on the network/wireless icon in the bottom right, click on Open Network and Sharing Center, Manage wireless networks on the right, right click on your wireless network, remove network. Reboot for the hell of it (don't remember if you need to, but it doesn't hurt). Connect to the network again (you'll need your wireless password).
