Pioli runs the drafts, determines the FA signings, retains the current players he wants, hires the staff...then the new staff...and then the new staff. He's been a dismal, comic failure that makes the designers of the Hindenburg and the Titanic cringe. Hurricane Sandy got together with Katrina and feel bad for Kansas City fans for all of the stuff Pioli has F'd up here.
