Second - any takers for Hali or Pouha? Those are two premier players in a 3-4; Pouah's among the best 3-4 NTs in the game (and was the difference maker in the conference championship last year with 2 sacks and a safety) and Hali is Hali.

I'm not completely sure which direction I want to go here, so I'll let the market dictate my direction. If I can get some good 4-3 players or picks to secure my own, I'll listen. Otherwise I may just make this a 2 year transition instead.
