Contrary to popular belief, just because you are on someone's property should not give you full ability to just "blow their head off". I know for some of you, there is nothing more you would love to do than kill someone and get away with it. I've heard the stories "I can't wait till someone breaks into my detached garage 500 yards from my house looking for food so I can murder them!".
Most people, the non-psychopath majority, do almost anything they can to never have to take someone else's life. But around 8-9% of our population are psychopaths and sociopaths.
