That is a given, Jungerman's van was spotted parked on the street and found at his home that night.

The cops had the tag number by noon?, and within moments had Jungerman confirmed as the owner. One question to the wife would have given reason to suspect him. If they didn't already have, the POPO should have surely sent someone to his addresses. Yet, they failed to retrieve the van from his home (right were they should have been looking) until 630-7PM, removing it hours later. The POPO had to have at least Raytown POPO staking out his home since the point they knew abot the van.*** Yet somehow, the vehicle was returned to his house on the very end of the street without anyone seeing it either leaving earlier in the morning* or being returned during the afternoon all in broad daylight.

They said they questioned Junderman and released him so he must have had a very good proof source that he couldn't have been there to commit the murder.*

Think about this: It would take really big gonads to drive a van out of your driveway and up a street that gets no traffic (**a culdesac) to the Brookside area Then sit and wait for your target to leave for work or in this case return from walking kids to school. Shoot him 8 times and drive the van around hoping nobody saw you. Then eventually return the van (driving through Raytown?) sometime before dusk and get into a car and disappear with no witnesses. They do get TV in Raytown don't they? There is no time frame as to when the van returned other than during q 9 hour window.

Something stinks (spidey senses) about this whole thing. Jungerman is a smart guy, you don't get what is estimated to be $40- 50M by being stupid. I think that the someone who did this was slated to get Jungerman's money. Maybe, family, lover, someone he befriended, or someone who was dependent upon him (Think lover, children, employee) He has 2 children in the area and did anyone think that someone was hired for a hit? Maybe the butler with a candlestick

My "spidey senses" tell me that Jungerman was out of town (with a dammed
rock solid alibi) and someone, who may have acted on their own, maybe not took the truck** ,keys or not ???, committed the murder, returned it thinking it wasn't seen and drove off in another vehicle...I think it was stashed in the woods behind the house as he has a large lot and a 5 acre lake*. Who ever came up with this plan wasn't in "Oceans11"
*See attachment red= propert lines blue exits on foot maybe by car.
** I may have been removed at anytime before or it may have been at his business. No It might get bullet holes or a homeless person homesteading it
***Remember Raytown cops don't like this guy going back into the early 90's.
