You're missing a lot, like a whole world of curries.

Massaman, red, green, panang, yellow, etc.. etc.. they're all awesome and all have very different flavor profiles.

Tom Ka Gai soup (coconut chicken soup) is probably my all time favorite thai dish.

I'm currently on a thai salad kick, so larb has been one of my gotos.


Pad thai is like thai street food, but Americans love that shit.
