Crazy shit indeed. From what I've heard, (correct me if I'm wrong) he came to the US at like 7 years old... and by all accounts seemed like a normal 19 yr old kid. Had plenty of friends, liked to party (drink and smoke weed)... and his twitter has lyrics from Jay-Z and Eminem.
So, he was pretty into our culture. Grew up in it, and liked it. Yet, he did... that.
It might seem silly, but it reminds me of "The Americans".
