Too stiff, IMO. He is a perfect fit as a 4-3 DE but he isn't quite athletic enough to play 3-4 OLB. He might be able to follow Justin Smith's footsteps and pack on weight and become a dominant 3-4 DE, but he doesn't have the natural speed to power conversion that Smith has so I don't know how good he'll be in that role. As for now though, he's a 4-3 DE.
