Oh. To be sure. We reportedly offered Dempster two years $26 million--and I'd much rather we make that sort of stab at Jackson. I'm guessing he won't end up signing until after Sanchez and try to get as close to that contract as possible. The problem Jackson will face is that he had a poor September and October.
I'm hoping that would drive down his price and options into KC's range.
