I put Brown Sugar (4 Tbsp), Teriyaki sauce (1/4 cup), Dale's Steak seasoning (4Tbsp), a little A-1 (2 Tbps), and ginger powder (1 tsp).. The magic, IMO, is the vacuum marinader.... Twenty minutes in that gem and the marinade is sucked to the middle of the meat...
