It could go either way, next GM could be another Dorsey and all is well. Or the next GM could be another Pioli and the wheels fall off this track and we are all miserable again.
It's really 50/50. next GM has some big shoes to fill in terms of talent evaluation, the first high draft bust he makes this place will burn him at the stake
