Nothing a good cap specialist couldn't help resolve.
And seeing as how all of these elements affect each other, a better cap situation would put an end to most player disgruntlement and any ill will the FO may have created among the players.
In any event, Dorsey had four years to teach and pass on whatever elements he has been using to scout and interview players. Let's hope the hire stays in-house and that Veach was taking good notes.
