It's no apparent why woman are taking over and have endless options. how can they take men who don't lift seriously? They have a better physique that non lifters. Whenever I see people around my age that don't lift I think to myself how their ancestors would be disgraced after passing down there genetics for decades and decades. Luckily for me I lift 5 days a week and do 60 min cardio after because I'm a real man. Look if you are in you're 20s you NEEED to lift. It has to be a daily routine or no woman or no man who lifts can ever take you seriously.
