I'd make him sit in a lit cell lights never go off. No bed, a hole to shit in. Padded room. Lights never go out. Play the emergency thing that would come on our tvs when we were kids on a non stop loop. Hands bound behind his back. Legs bound. Fed once a day while bound to a chair.
