I think Barkley has the highest floor. I think he's pretty certain to be at least Chad Pennington. Geno Smith might be a total bust or he might be Aaron Rodgers. Wilson might be Phillip Rivers or he might be David Carr.
I'm fine with either of the three, with the proper coaching staff and system in place for either. Just do it.
