And seems like you're completely missing the point of 'controlling Sneed'. Trading someone with 1 year left isn't a ton of value, especially if the Chiefs know they can't resign him anyway. You'd need significantly more value than someone the Vikings may see go away after 1 season to trade up to #3.

I don't need the deals to be equal or "value" have to be so perfect.
Just trying to show both are very costly and the deal recommended in this thread ain;t cheap by any means.
