I did the 32. I went back and forth, and finally decided to settle on the middle one.
I have a 32 GB iPhone and am currently using half that between songs, photos, movies, and apps. Figured the 16 GB iPad might be a little small as a result. Considered the 64 GB iPad, but decided I'd save myself $100.
I'm hoping eventually you'll be able to use it to stream music, movies, and photos from other computers in the house (or via the web).
