I always thought it was an interesting (if unfortunate) coincidence that all the presidents since William Harrison in 1840 who were elected in a "zero" year (1840, 1860, 1880, 1900. 1920. 1940. 1960. 1980) were all either shot and/or died while occupying the office of the presidency.
