I do not order a burger out unless i know they use a burgers blend with good tasty cut of beef. i want me some spare rib, brisket, and loin meat, top sirloin works well. Hanger and flank work to but when i bur meat for burgers I get the SRBTS burger.
Hit it hit it with lots of smoke then sear the **** out of it and then let it rest for 30 minutes to allow the heat to spread and the meat to relax Perfect!!!

How big is that burger that it's resting for 30 minutes. That's ridiculous.
