I tend to agree. Given the NFL's propensity to so frequently find some silly bullshit penalty on returns, almost like they're trying to get rid of kickoffs and punts, I think having a returner who knows when to fair-catch the ball or let it go out-weighs the few times a season when the return is amazing. And FAR too often these returners have the "I'm going to be an impact player" mentality. No thanks...
