That's a really bad comparison imo. Alex Smith isn't a scrambler, he strictly ran the spread, and he didn't play any decent talent. Comparing Tyler Wilson in college to Alex Smith in college is crazy imo. Also, Wilson is a confident gunslinger. Smith is a nervous guy who took years to trust his arm....even though he probably has a stronger arm than Wilson.
Also, this whole small hands thing is dumb imo. Who cares if he can throw the ball? Lorenzenlasted probably had the biggest hands ever and only lasted couple of years as a back up. He wasn't anywhere close to having the strongest arm and barely put zip on the ball.
