Glaring Combine snub Zach Vigil had his pro day yesterday:

Quote:
Utah State had 16 former football players work out in front of 20 National Football League (NFL) Scouts Thursday morning in its annual Pro Day.

In all, scouts from the Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Cincinnati Bengals, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots, New York Giants, Oakland Raiders, San Diego Chargers, Seattle Seahawks, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins were in attendance.

Participating in this year's Pro Day event included defensive back La'Ron Bennett, punter Jaron Bentrude, wide receiver Ronald Butler, placekicker Nick Diaz, running back Joe Hill, defensive end B.J. Larsen, defensive back Rashard Stewart, safety Brian Suite, safety Frankie Sutera, offensive lineman Bill Vavau, linebacker Zach Vigil and offensive lineman Kevin Whimpey.
Quote:
Vigil ran the 40 in 4.66. He would’ve liked to have gone faster, but he’s still pleased with his overall performance throughout the day.
“You can never be satisfied with what you did,” Vigil said. “I just need to continue to become more explosive and quicker, have better footwork, keep working on my hips. Obviously, the study of the game is always very important. If you want to be successful in the NFL for a long time, I’ve been told you’ve just got to be a student of the game and understand all your weaknesses, and try to improve and make them strengths.”
Quote:
The 6-foot-5, 295-pound Whimpey did 39 reps on the bench, while the next closest Aggie was linebacker Zach Vigil, who had 26.
Some other numbers for the Aggies Pro Day:

RB Joe Hill, 5'11", 190 lb., ran a blistering 4.26 40.

OT Kevin Whimpey, 6'5", 295 lb., had 39 reps on the bench and was pissed. He was aiming for 45 to 50, which he's done before.

Punter Jaron Bentrude, 6'1", ran a 4.61 40 and had a 36.5" vertical.
