They didn't get that damn fat over night. That results from a lifetime of being too damn cavalier with the amount (and constitution) of shit you put in your mouth. It isn't hard to keep your daily caloric intake at around 2000. It would take some sacrifice from a person used to their lifestyle; but it would be worth it in the end, that's for sure.
