I looked into this and I've heard mixed reviews on their effectiveness.

I've got DSL here at home (no wireless router ... yet) and any loss of Mbps will be an issue.

My plan is to find another AT&T Siemens modem (around $20-30 used) and just hook it up in our bedroom (where the 360 is). Seems like an effective solution.

(Oh, and if anyone has one of those things laying around, let me know.)
